Monday, a great day for coffee at Petit Pierre’s. Grampy’s blueberry muffin and my peach cruffin with brown sugar whipped cream, and a cappuccino. Very nice way to start the week.

It’s a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and a suggestion to serve it with whipped cream with a bit of lemon curd mixed in. Amazingly yummy.
