Monday, a great day for coffee at Petit Pierre’s. Grampy’s blueberry muffin and my peach cruffin with brown sugar whipped cream, and a cappuccino. Very nice way to start the week.

Birthday dinner at Pancita. Brisket tacos, super cocktails, duck breast with fig mole, and spicy Caesar salad.

Alert the media! We have broken our five and a half year record of not going to the movies. We went to the last Downton Abbey movie yesterday and then to our favorite cheapo hamburger drive-in. Tonight we go out to a fancy restaurant for dinner and tomorrow will be birthday cake and presents for Grampy’s birthday. We know how to celebrate!!
