This is what the fake stained glass looks like in my living room right now... Lot of work and not convinced by the finished effect. Should I do other window, make changes to the design/colors, give up on the project?
I can't have two different looks on both windows it just looks silly right now.
@owen
I really like the way the stained glass effect looks and think that doing the other one would add a warmth to your room. If you don't like it, though, that is important. A lot of work for a result you're not excited about seems a waste. What don't you like about it,?
@Baba I can't tell if I don't like it because it looks bad or I don't like it because it's this unfinished project that reminds me of how much random stuff I haven't finished. If other people think it looks good it might inspire me to continue.
@owen I think it looks good. I like the design and the mix of colors. I think your bagel problems are coloring your vision today!
@owen well, I really like the way it looks at night but maybe the color looks different in person.
Baking is all about chemistry so your choices are important. Improv doesn't work as well in baking as in cooking. Sounds like you are figuring it out.
@owen
Love the stained windows !!
The very center isn't filled in right now. I was originally planning on doing red and maybe green in the middle but now that's feeling like a bit much. I just don't know.
