Last glimpse of the ocean for me for awhile. Also last time dealing with toilets with no seats, which is about 50% of them that ive encountered.

Beach photos

Our penthouse suite.

We set off on the bus to go to the beach. Then got dropped off a few miles from where we wanted. Took this cab and arrived at Gubanyo playa. At Iris and Johanna''s home.

Here are some other photos i took as we walked around trying to find the right ingredients to take on our beach trip.

Then we walked to the nicest part of old Havanna and got accosted by people wanting us to visit their restaurant. It is a large square where everything is beautiful and makes you think what an amazing city this would be if they could fix it all up. And there is also a big chicken sculpture there, idk?

We said goodbye to Rayisa and her family yesterday as they headed to the beach. Her granddaughter is so cute. Her husband' name is Nane and i thought his shirt was ridiculous.

Then best of all we went to the Cuban Art Factory and saw great art, many cool people, an amazing women's singing group and a modern dance group that was astonishing.
