Found a Czech community cookbook from 1968 while stopped at Wilson, KS. Here's a couple of recipes I was thinking of trying over Christmas.

Actually I laughed out loud at the fish gravy, recognizing it was something that would particularly appeal to you. More revolting reaction to the other. Super yuck.
