Then we walked to the nicest part of old Havanna and got accosted by people wanting us to visit their restaurant. It is a large square where everything is beautiful and makes you think what an amazing city this would be if they could fix it all up. And there is also a big chicken sculpture there, idk?
We said goodbye to Rayisa and her family yesterday as they headed to the beach. Her granddaughter is so cute. Her husband' name is Nane and i thought his shirt was ridiculous.

Then best of all we went to the Cuban Art Factory and saw great art, many cool people, an amazing women's singing group and a modern dance group that was astonishing.
Then Owen made the questionable call to have dinner at a "Japanese" restaurant. I do not reccomend.
Then we met up with Fidel at the ExPat Cafe after taking a bike pick up truck taxi thing. I think in Asia they call then Tuk Tuks
We met with Abel at the hotel. Then visited the giant ice cream parlor Copelia. But didnt eat the ice cream. It reminded me of old Disneyworld tommorrow land.
We came back to the Hotel Nationale for lunch because I love it here. Our view.

So this shows how they take srap wood and make couches. I dont know where the fabric comes from.
After lying low for a few days with a tummy thing, Owen and I are out in the world again. Although treading carefully.
@Leo they should be able to give you a credit to use once you know. Thats what i did when i was delayed returning from Italy.
