Good morning/evening everybody! I seem to be a little slow in adopting the new technology. I can't poke around too much now as work is unravelling and needs my attention, but I'm delighted to be invited and look forward to many happy hours chatting and sharing with my favorite people and doing everything I can to make sure my very first post uses the entire allotted character count for a single post. In all seriousness, the rules of the Tin Can Phone Club should benefit us— that's part of the point of running our own social media site. If there are rules or functionalities that feel restrictive we can and should change them!
Personally I think posts benefit from being on the shorter side. My feeling is if we have a lot to say we can link to an outside source. Maybe that can be a cultural thing and not technical limitation.
